Tianjin Baili Ertong Machinery Co., Ltd.(formerly Tianjin Second General Machinery Factory in Tianjin.),the standing director unit of China general machinery industry association valve branch association ,China valve standerdization committee member units, the contract and trustworthy unit of China, Tianjin advanced technology enterprise, Tianjin scientific and technical enterprise, was established in1955.In 1964,company began to develop and produce valve electric actuators. The first electric actuator was made by Baili Ertong in China.
The company has been designing, manufacturing and testing valve electric actuators for half a century as well as has made glorious achievements all over the world. Baili Ertong, the only valve drive enterprise imported U.S. Limitorque technology, the pioneer of proposed and drafted the National Standard of valve electric actuators, has created and improved the valve selection theory. The valve actuator laboratory of company was confirmed as Tianjin technical supervision 57th station which is a valve actuator products quality supervision and inspection agency.In manufacturing process ,company firstly used many advanced equipments and technologies in this industry such as housing machining centre, CNC Worm Whirling Machine, CNC Gear Machine and Vacuum Carburising Heat Treatment. Manufacturing technology level of the key parts takes a leading position in China. About controling product quality, Baili Ertong obtained ISO 9001 certification.
